Recently, in the vast desert of Kekedala City, Xinjiang, Worldlight frame components are being rapidly installed at the project site.

With a thermal expansion coefficient nearly identical to that of glass and silicone, this material effectively addresses the challenge of stress concentration and release in frame materials caused by large temperature fluctuations, significantly reducing the risk of component failure. Moreover, in extremely cold environments, the composite material frame exhibits outstanding low-temperature resistance: even when used in environments as low as -40°C, its deformation remains minimal, providing an impenetrable safety barrier for photovoltaic arrays and ensuring that each module remains as stable and reliable as ever, even under extreme conditions.

The installation process also features clever design elements. The long-C installation method not only seamlessly carries forward the efficient pace of traditional aluminum-frame bolt installation—allowing for quick adoption without the need for additional training—but also, thanks to its convenient wire-guided alignment design, enables construction workers to effortlessly achieve precise positioning even in the vast desert. Every step of the process is calm and well-organized, significantly boosting construction efficiency.

Facing the harsh conditions of the Shaguo Desert—its sandstorms, extreme day-night temperature differences, and frigid winters in Xinjiang—Worldlight leverages technology as its sharp blade and quality as its solid foundation. With meticulous attention to detail in installation, Worldlight has enabled the dream of clean energy to take root firmly in this land. In this Xinjiang Shaguo Desert project, the widespread adoption of Worldlight’s composite frame has expanded its application scenarios—from distributed systems to highly corrosive areas such as offshore sites, tidal flats, and saline-alkali lands, and further into the Shaguo Desert itself. Looking ahead, as photovoltaic power plants continue to serve an increasingly diverse range of applications, Worldlight’s journey with composite frames is bound to grow ever wider and better.
